You can also come down to My Rest Space with your friends if you would like a short break from the busy school life to relax, recharge and recenter yourselves.

At My Rest Space, you will be able to do the following activities in the different theme areas:
Sleep Clinic
A dedicated quiet space with soft, dim light, comfortable mats, beanbags and benches to lie on.

Paper Town
A room in which you can play with your thoughts and paper products

A room for you to engage in sensory play

The Wishing Wall
(beside H4)
Feel free to express your thoughts and respond to the sentence prompts by writing with markers. Read what others have to write. The Wall is wiped clean regularly to create more space for new thoughts.

My Rest Space is a place for you to rest through silence and personal space. Please adhere to the following:

We reserve the right to ask you to stop what you are doing or to leave the space.
