What we do

Peer Helpers are a busy bunch! This section showcases the places we visit, conferences we attend, and events we organise.

Every year, we organise Mental Health Awareness Week in the Year 56 Canteen Walkway in Term 3 and the Raffles Science Symposium: Mental Health Science Strand in January.

​

We also visit different places in the community to learn more about places that provide mental health services in Singapore, such as VWOs and Family Service Centres, and the Institute of Mental Health. We hear from mental health professionals about what their jobs entail, and find out what it is like to have a mental illness by listening to mental health ambassadors share their recovery stories.
